Mousse Mix

Bakbel offers a wide range of basic Mousse Mixes for the preparation of bavarois and mousses. These are cold-processible, cuttable and freeze-stable. Using Bakbel Mousse Mixes ensure high-quality, consistent results.

How to use

Mousse Mix neutral:  

Ingredients : 200 gr. Mousse Mix + 250 gr. water + 1 Liter unsweetened whipped cream + Flavour

Mousse Mix with flavour :

Ingredients : 200 gr. Mousse Mix + 250 gr. water + 1 Liter unsweetened whipped cream

  • Whip the unsweetened whipped cream and keep cool
  • Mix together the Mousse Mix with the specified amount of water at 25°C (all varieties) or at 30°C (MM Tiramisu)
  • Fold in the unsweetened whipped cream
  • Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for an hour
  • Afterwards, store in the freezer
